🗓️ Langtang Valley Trek Itinerary (7 Days)
Day 1: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,560 m)
- Drive approx. 7-8 hours from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
- Overnight stay in Syabrubesi
Day 2: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,350 m)
- Trek through forests and small villages
- Overnight in Lama Hotel
Day 3: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430 m)
- Trek ascending through rhododendron and oak forests
- Explore Langtang village and local culture
- Overnight stay in Langtang
Day 4: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870 m)
- Trek to Kyanjin Gompa, the cultural and spiritual hub of the region
- Visit Buddhist monastery and yak cheese factories
- Overnight in Kyanjin Gompa
Day 5: Explore Kyanjin Gompa and Surroundings
- Optional hikes to Tserko Ri (4,984 m) or nearby glaciers
- Enjoy panoramic mountain views
- Overnight in Kyanjin Gompa
Day 6: Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
- Descend back to Lama Hotel
- Overnight stay
Day 7: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi, Drive back to Kathmandu
